How to create habits that last
#52
Do you ever struggle with consistency?
Are you constantly starting new things but just can't seem to finish them?
Do you want to show up for yourself and your dreams but just can't seem to find habits for success that stick?
I struggled with all of these things for YEARS! It was so defeating and frustrating!
So, today on the podcast, I'm sharing deep wisdom and specific steps I took to shift from perpetually starting (and stopping) to showing up consistently every single day!
Here's a hint: it's less about implementing some new "proven" system for success and more about accessing alignment.
We're not meant to mold ourselves to someone else's structures. We're not designed to force our way through life in a determined march toward discipline.
That's not how you'll find real, sustainable success.
Instead, you have to get clear on who you are and what you want so you can identify the habits and rituals that support you and keep you whole.
