Join us on Thursday, August 8th, 2024, from 5:30 - 9:00PM, as we gather at Ka Waiwai (Mō'ili'ili) for a potluck and in depth conversation with Nicole Maileen Woo, an artist, energist, and mama of two as we hold conversation about cultivating joy admst grief when mothering without a mother. Both Nicole and Tiff lost their mothers and are raising children of their own. They'll engage in a deep conversation about the nuances of doing so, navigating grief and loss, and how to find joy amidst it all.
About Nicole
Veronica Woo's daughter and Elsie Mae Hall's granddaughter, Nicole Maileen Woo, came here to dream, create and birth in all dimensions of her beingness. Nicole is a mama of two beautiful black boys, holistic artist, welling* architect, and energist. As a generative member of progressive communities who share her vision of contributing to the transformation of collective consciousness, she centers her practices at the intersection of creativity, healing, liberation and nature as the pathway to humanity’s reconnection to Source.

Wild Mama Voices is a monthly intergenerational community event centering & amplifying the voices and stories of mamas at all stages of motherhood so we can actively shift the narrative of what it means to be a mama.
We can’t wait to gather with you. Mamas, non-mamas, keiki, & kūpuna welcome.

This is a family event and keiki, friends, and family are welcome to join! We encourage all members of the community to participate, hold space for the mamas present, and engage in necessary conversation.

We meet on the ground level so all abilities are welcomed.

This is a potluck event where we come together as a community to share food and engage in conversations that disrupt harmful narratives about what it looks like and means to be a mother.

Parking is available in the parking lot. You will be asked to scan a QR code which will provide you with 2 hours of free parking. You can also extend your stay for an additional $8.
