"Learning to feel my feelings for the first time," MMPP Alumna Interview, Anna Bryant
#40:
Let's tune in to Anna Bryant, Wild Mama of 2, research scientist from cohorts 4 & 7. Anna came to the program not once, but twice! She first came because of feeling lost and un-inspired despite leading what appeared to be a fulfilling life. Through the first cohort she was able to shed her adopted values and discover her own. The second cohort taught Anna to trust her wild and intuitive knowing more than ever.
Every Thursday of this month will feature alumna testimonials of mamas who have taken The Mama Master Plan Program. Each mama comes to the program with a different struggle and different goals. Through the MMPP, mamas are rooted down in their values, find alignment to their personal goals and ambitions and walk away feeling empowered to use the tools they have learned through the program in their every day life.
