Episode 57: The Mama Master Plan Program; What they are saying

During her time in the Mama Master Plan Program, Juana allowed herself to take up space, dream big, and face toxic beliefs and cycles she had been carrying for far too long.

#57

Every Thursday of this month will feature alumna testimonials of mamas who have taken The Mama Master Plan Program. Each mama comes to the program with a different struggle and different goals. Through the MMPP, mamas are rooted down in their values, find alignment to their personal goals and ambitions and walk away feeling empowered to use the tools they have learned through the program in their every day life.

Today's story is a compilation of seven mama testimonials from alumnae of the Mama Master Plan Program. Each mama comes to the program with a different struggle, some easy to name and others tough to pinpoint. Some face challenges in their relationships, some feel lost or burnt out, others feel that they struggle to access their emotions. However, through the program they are able to transform their stories, better understand their family dynamics & inherited values, “toss out” what no longer serves them, and envision with clarity what the truest expression of their souls looks like.

Through a guided and facilitated process with curriculum aligned to the sacred medicine wheel, group and individual coaching, and deep work through worksheets and activities, we get to the root of what’s blocking you and keeping you stuck. We uncover your most honest desires and craft a path to make those a reality by creating your very own Mama Master Plan.⁣
